The Barr Foundation asked PaulosAnalysis to perform a scan of the national landscape to help inform their strategy review process.  Barr has helped make Boston and Massachusetts a world-leading region for climate mitigation and adaptation, focusing on energy and transportation.  The review seeks to build upon these important assets and identify opportunities to increase their impact.

For the Climate + Energy Project in Kansas, PaulosAnalysis is exploring ways to increase impact and attract new funding.  CEP has been the primary advocate for clean energy in this deeply conservative region, winning and defending policies that help Kansas get 20 percent of their power from the wind.
